This is the pre-paid gift version of the Market Town Yarns monthly subscription box where a stunning hand dyed colourway could be landing on yours or a loved one's  doorstep very soon! There is even a free postage option for UK customers.....

Market Town Yarns is an indie-dyer based right here in our lovely yarn shop in Hadleigh, Suffolk. All yarn skeins are dyed by hand. Subscribers will receive an all new, hand dyed colourway delivered each month. You won't know what the colourway is until it arrives through your letterbox!

There are a number of different yarn bases to choose from:

• Market Town Yarns Squishy Sock - 1 x 100g skein & 1 x 20g contrasting mini skein
• Market Town Yarns Squishy DK - 1 x 100g skein

• Market Town Yarns Bluefaced Leicester & Silk - 1 x 100g skein

You will be charged for your prepaid subscription and receive the first month straight away. You will then receive the remaining deliveries shortly after the 15th day of each month.

UK Customers... Please note that if you choose the free postage option, we will ship the yarn laid flat and carefully wrapped in tissue paper. This is to help us use a smaller box which Royal Mail class as a large letter, meaning that we can include postage within the price. If you would prefer to receive your yarn as a twisted skein, you can choose this option and pay a small amount towards postage. 

International Customers... You will be charged a small flat rate towards postage at checkout.

Market Town Yarns Squishy Sock yarn is a blend of 85% extra fine Superwash Merino wool and 15% nylon. It is luxuriously soft but hardwearing enough to be used in a pair of handmade socks. And talking of socks, each skein is 400 metres in length which is more than enough to make one pair of socks. It is also perfect for making other garments such as shawls and wraps. 

Market Town Yarns Squishy DK yarn is a blend of 85% extra fine Superwash Merino wool and 15% nylon. It is very soft and luxurious to the touch and has the perfect amount of give making it ideal for garments, blankets and accessories. Each 100g skein provides 225 metres of yarn.

Market Town Yarns Bluefaced Leicester & silk (55% BFL / 45% silk) base is an exquisite 4-ply / fingering / sock weight yarn which is sumptuously soft and silky, making it suitable for all manner of projects including scarves, shawls, cowls, sweaters and other garments. This base is even suitable for socks on a tight gauge. Each 100g skein is 400 metres in length.
