What am I signing up to?

By subscribing to the Market Town Yarns Monthly Subscription Box, you are purchasing an exclusive colourway in your chosen yarn base on a regular basis: Market Town Yarns is offered on a monthly basis.

Will I be charged automatically?

Yes, after the initial subscription, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically on the 15th day of the next month. 

What if I don't pay?

If for any reason your payment fails, we will contact you via email, telephone, SMS or a combination of these contact methods. If payment is not received after two weeks, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.

Can I add anything to my order to combine shipping charges?

We purposely use a 'large letter' box to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Adding any additional items to your order may incur extra delivery charges if we need to use a larger box than standard. 

How long am I tied in for?

After you have received your second yarn subscription delivery, you may cancel at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by clicking on the link in the email reminder. Alternatively you can call or email us.

Can I change my yarn base?

Although we ask you to refrain from changing your yarn base too often, you may do so by getting in touch with us via email or phone.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address by getting in touch with us by email or phone.

When do you ship the item?

We aim to ship all subscription orders on or shortly after the 15th of the month, as long as we have received your payment. We generally hold enough stock to service all of our subscribers. However, from time to time there may be a short delay whilst we restock. This is rare and only usually effects new subscribers.

How 'exclusive' is the colourway?

The exclusive colourway that you are purchasing is previously unreleased and has never been seen before. From time to time, the exclusive skein may later be sold as part of a project kit. Any surplus skeins will only go on general release on our website once all club subscribers have received their yarn.
