I found it easy to view and order the items I wanted from the range of gifts with a knitting theme. As I placed my order on a bank holiday (on New year's day) going into a weekend, I was worried that it would take much longer than the 2-3 working days, but it got here on the 4th day which was excellent and I'm very pleased with the items in my order.

I ordered Chiaogoo fixed circular needles from Yarnworx, they were dispatched the same day and arrived the following day. Excellent service. The needles were well packed and the postage was fair. I would certainly recommend Yarnworx and would definitely buy from them again.

Fantastic company to deal with, found by accident when searching for an original granny square card deck online. Their customer service is brilliant too!
